Sneaky speed

So I am playing a magblade and love his speed...but, I think I might be doubling up on a few things so wanted some advice. I am 380 cp, vampire, and use the shadowdancer set. I can just sneak and run for miles. That said, I believe the SD set could be replaced with something more damage oriented and I don't lose the speed. Any thoughts?

As I understand it, I have the following levers;

CP points
Shadow plus concealed weapon (hate to waste a slot or two)
Mount (yes, understand that lol)
Rapids

Also, what I don't understand in this is the role of the Vampire passive...hope someone can explain in math.

The passive dark stalker grants you the same reduction in the movement speed penalty as shadow dancer does. So as long as you have that passive you would want to consider a different five piece bonus. I am damage oriented and use clever alchemist and spinners on my magblade vamp.

Stage 4 vampirism gives increased sneak speed and reduction of time it takes to enter sneak (your eye closes faster). Not sure about the passive names. As a magsorc I love it, I don't even sneak that much but when I do I don't lose much mobility.

our vampire / nightblade sneak speeds are way too slow.
to me even with all the passives including even the sloted concealed weapon passive its like im crawling in mud.
i hate it.
we need faster sneak speeds. plain and simple.

I'm totally addicted to sneak speed, dark stalker is a must for me but the only thing I use vamp for I've tried before double dipping with shadow dancer and nights silence, initially it worked but not for long so I go round guild stores to find speed potions and scoop them up but they not very common

Make more speed potions people!!! Pls
