Besides, except flying Dragons - I'm not sure how flying unicorns or flying horsies fit into the lore.

Go back to WoW where you can bend the lore as much as you like and make it even worse than it already is.

Hi.
I'm playing eso from the beginning and I would really appreciate if there were flying mounts. There are other games like 'Tera' which didn't have flying mounts but they add them with an update. Like you can fly maybe 15 or 20 seconds in some areas only like cities and open world but definitely not in dungeons or Cyrodiil. What do you think?

Sorry but Dragons are very integral to ES Lore and I am in a small minority who have summoned and ridden them battle - albeit in another life.
There are many named Dragons in ES Lore. Here are but 3 of the notable ones.I suggest you search for more Lore books on your travels through Tamriel.
- Alduin, first-born of Akatosh
- Paarthunax, younger brother of Alduin
- Odahviing, ensnared by the Jarl of Whiterun
- and the rare Serpentine Dragon, Sahrotaar.

I know pretty much all there is to know about The Elder Scrolls lore. And I never said dragons do no exist in TES. What made you think that? I think a half-intelligent person would've easily figured out what I wanted to say with my post. After all, OP did imply that we should have dragons in the period of Interregnum (that's the period in which ESO is set in, by the way).

I dont know i will get penalty or ban or whatsoever for saying this but you are a total ***. Im just giving my opinion here and everyone is giving their opinion and only thing you do is "ahh your grammar is wrong, even half-intelligent person would understand this bla bla" go on like this and you probably end up being alone.
About lore, i dont remember reading anything about daggerfall convenant or ebonheat pact in skyrim or previous game even tought one of them was daggerfal. i do remember reading somethings about aldmeri dominion tho. There are many things in eso which were not in boks before. so imo flying mounts would be fine. Also in my first comment i said i just want mounts that can fly maybe 15-20 seconds.

There are plenty of spots, especially in Wrothgar, where you can fly. They're short flights but... enjoy!
