Infernal Guardian, is it supposed to do this? (BUG?)

It hits through walls, floors and doors. It hits through stealth and hits through cloak. Is it supposed to do all this?
Ive been hit by this while standing on the roof of a resource and the guy using the set was standing on the flag down on the ground, ive been hit inside a keep while the guy using the set was standing outside the inner wall. Ive been hit while cloaking and ive been hit through terrain such as rocks, hills and ruined buildings. @ZOS_GinaBruno

✭✭✭✭I don't think the set is supposed to do that. I personally use Infernal Guardian because it procs off me using a damage shield and chucks the fireballs at the farthest enemy in a high arch. Great in duels and pve, but I know that the fireballs completely ignoring keep walls and other obstacles is broken."Buzz Lightyear toy isle shot" Stormcalling/Animal Companions/Assassination PVP build hater

✭✭✭✭It's no more broken then dark flare going though walls if you get the cast off before you LOS or Snipe going though doors and walls.

I've mostly taken my Mag Sorc to PvE now. PvP is just a mess until it is significantly rebalanced and numerous sets are nerfed. No need for skill anymore when light attacks can oneshot people thanks to proc sets.2 -
llSRRll✭✭✭Was fighting a guy with this on today and the thing was proccing every 2 seconds isnt it suppose to be a 10% chance? He would have to use 50 shields in 10 seconds for how many times this thing was proccing smh.0

It's actually pretty game-breaking for some stealth-based builds. Hope it gets fixed fast (already a few months after 1T, so..)
