I'm tired of PVP-ing for alliance, I just want to play and not sit on a wall because there's nothing going on because people start logging off when they start loosing, or because they can't go anywhere
so no
How do you want to restrict that when there is only one competetive campaign?

I wasn't aware that Azura's Star wasn't competitive at all. That campaign is the 2nd most populated and VERY competitive to the point of entire guilds going at each other's throats on the forums and in-game.

People aren't logging off they're doing the same thing you're doing switching to the side that's winning. That is why it's a problem.

Not sure how you think consistent night-capping by either faction is competitive. An actual competitive campaign used to consist of all 3 factions having a relatively equal presence at all times, not 1 faction getting pushed to their gates every night. The pvp population has decreased too much for that to exist anywhere aside from Trueflame.

I don't know when that's ever occurred. Ep used to ruthlessly nightcap the hell out of Thornblade then mercilessly lag it to the ground primetime-spurring the great exodus. Nightcapping, pvdooring and anti-competitive gameplay and gate pushing has been occurring since day one and all three factions are guilty. It's ok to call someone out on it (because I am more than happy to do it) but let's not be all Polly Anna and act like there ever was a truly totally fair campaign.

That's funny, I do the exact same thing - i like defending...lots of AP and you don't have to go riding your horse to get in a fight

Azuras requires a completely different gearset for your character. I don´t consider azura an option for a char build for CP campaigns and vice versa (which is the core problem of that campaign and why i think it should not exist).

What they'll do is when they start losing like tonight they'll take there guilds or pack of 30-50 players log onto there DC toons in the same campaign hence green faction and start pushing EP. Never understood it or why they have to stoop to that kind of playstyle. TF is always locked so why keep swamping factions when AD starts to fall out of 1st place. Sounds to me like they need DC to hold there hand to win this campaign for them cuz they can't do it on their own....... am I wrong?
With my pvp skills I'm better off healing and repairing walls. When I try to fight with any of my AD, DC or EP toons it feels like I'm bringing the alliance down from the inside.
