again more load screens lag is increasing constant kicks after another update

what gives!
ESO on xbox1 is getting tougher to play as each update we get, after thursdays so called maintanance lag increased, more frequent load screens, drops increased, i go into cyrodiil 10 min or so i get kicked,
this is not good for a business model very upsetting to the customer for a lack of game experience. very frustrating to put up with this non sense.
i see a bad future for ESO.
