This build was created by Reddington James @gibous and as far as I know, us two are the only ones running this build on NA PC. He is not currently sharing the build, so please don't ask what it is. The record between us for hardest frag is 21k that he hit. It is not uncommon for us to hit 17k frags. People seem to love to insta die on our mines sometimes too which is always funny. @gibous Redd will be forever chasing me in DPS and everything else in life. I also think he keeps his girlfriend chained to a radiator in his basement and only lets her out to farm mats and level his toons.

When you say things like that I can't help but guess what you are wearing lol. My guess is trainee + spinners+ slimecraw, dropping spinners on back bar. But i'm probably completely wrong.

Edit: My bad it's tri-food not trainee, so yeah i'm completely wrong haha. Idk what the other 5 piece would be since it's not necro, alch, bsw, netch.

Ohh I know it's Medusa jewlery with spinners, that's my final answer but probably wrong again.

not enough HP for that.

swords are woodelf skin - so it would have to be 2p heavy 3 healthy jewelry and 1 set HP bonus. This puts you over 23k.

If everyone's gona speculate on builds, it looks much more like Slimecraw + Julianos + Spinners, w/ Master Resto Staff on back bar. Don't believe I saw a single Lich proc anywhere in there.

cool video i watch it a couple of time. just like others here since you say that you cant talk about the build so curiosity always hits and i just cant help but to try and think what build it is.

i didn't see any buff from stuff like lich, bsw or any monster set,

my guess is its spinner, on DW bar with will power jewerly, and something like ( Twice born star or julianos)

I don't know who keeps saying mag sorcs are not viable, but they aren't paying attention!

Reddington James is one of those names I've seen for the past two+ years and even though I've never talked or grouped with, I feel as if I have come to know because he's always been such a tough opponent and a appears a bit too often on my death recaps

While we are guessing gear, I think Engine is wearing a sustain set like Desert Rose because the magicka return is not constant and it spikes when getting hit. Its a real good set for the type of playstyle in this video, though I have to admit I pigeonholed it as a DK/temp set. Could be wrong though.

Reddington is a serious problem, from my time on pc, he's on a very short list of people that I genuinely don't like to encounter. There's no answer for him.

I'll be the first to admit that there is something a bit silly about build secrecy - there's really only a handful of sets that work well for magicka sorcerer. I just spent too much time and gold, testing with CP etc, to just straight up hand it out. Overall some very close guesses above, you're all in the ballpark.

When I shared this build with @LeifErickson, we probably talked about the gear for 5 minutes, and then an hour or more on the intended play-style, combat philosophy, skills, burst timing etc. It's all those abstract factors on top of the gear that make it something pretty unique in the current sorc context of activating destro ult, and then spamming shields and streaking into enemies hoping for the best.

@KenaPKK just posted an in-depth build video on his YouTube channel that goes into all those deeper levels of insight. If you're interested in magblade - I suggest you check it out.

Fun fights. You guys definitely hit hard and since a few days ago at the ash gate I've had to try a lot harder when I see Reddington in the area because I know my health is going to spike a lot more than fighting just randoms.

All joking aside Red is a beast and probably one of the nicest coolest guys I've come in contact with in ESO. Many sorcs would message me saying that using Overload as a 3rd utility bar was very clever, I'd always let them know that it was Reddington that was the first to do it(with any success) and that I copied it from him. Now you see most stam and mag sorcs using Overload as a utility bar, all because of Red's innovations.

About a year ago I remember we were running small group PvP a lot with @gibous Red, @sabresandiego_ESO Sabre, @Mystikkal Mystikkal and Jedi. Equal numbers we were unbeatable, Quietus/Mojican small man we wiped like 4 times one night. Haxus and GoS small man we'd wiped all day as well. Before ZoS nerfed the skill into uselessness Red, Jedi and I would all slot inevitable dets on our sorcs and would laugh our butts off while we'd all target one person

So I'm guessing Reddington is best mag sorc NA based off your posts?

Also the build = 5x amberplasm, 5x spinner, 2x pirate

only way for that stam regen = amberplasm unless they run serpent mundus which they don't or if they run stam regen glyphs on the jewellery which I highly doubt as they are DW sorcs so they want the spell damge. You see 1 of them changing into the skeleton during the vid but that can be changed. As for the spinners? Unless they decided to craft julianos or a different 5pc mag set in bosmer style (which is ugly btw), then the 2nd 5pc is spinners based on the swords.
