Mannimarco Costume (again)

How do you actually get this costume? All it says under the costume is reach level champ 100 which I achieved many months ago and was never rewarded the costume.

Since then I have been working my hind off doing Cadwell's gold and silver since I read somewhere that that will solve the issue. Ages later I am now sporting my wonderful pot on my head, but you guessed it, no Mannimarco costume.

I have tried then and now to get help from the customer support and once on the forums back then, to no avail.

I know this isn't a serious issue, as it is literally just cosmetical, but I am very much the completionist, and I go green with envy when I see someone sporting their Mannimarco costume which I am more than sure I have met the requirements for.

How did you get your Mannimarco costume?

Better open a ticket because you should had it at Cp 100.

Fairly certain it originally showed up in the mail when you hit... Vr 10? Not sure if that changed to directly awarded when it changed to cp100.

You should definitely meet the requirements at this point, so I would say it's a bug, reopen your support ticket and put the case number in this thread. One of the fine community staff should help escalate it.

Were you over champ lvl 100, but under Vet Rank 10 when vet ranks were removed? Before VR's were removed VR10 was the requirement IIRC, so if you fit that situation I could see the game missing it's cue to send you the mail/achievement.

I would think support should be able to fix this.

Yes! Yes I think I was at somewhere between 100-140 champ points when vet levels were removed. This thought had indeed crossed my mind. I bet you this is it.

I am going to get my support ticket number now, do you really think posting it here will help? If so, thanks for the tip! I would have never thought of that.

Okay, I have just checked my ticket and am SUPER excited to see I have a reply from the team!!! My junk filter must have put the notification email in the junk.

Here's what it says:

Are you referring to the Mannimarco costume that unlocks at 100 Champion Points?

These costumes should trigger at these Champion Point milestones:
•Golden Saint = 20 Champion Points
•Dark Seducer = 60 Champion Points
•Mannimarco = 100 Champion Points
•Imperial Chancellor = 160 Champion Points

If you have not received the costume at the approriate time, please make sure to log out and back in and if they are still not there, send a screenshot of your collectibles window where this item is listed as locked and we'll investigate further.

Should you have any additional questions or feel the above does not apply to you, please do not hesitate to reply to this email. I would be happy to look into your matter further.

So I am going to get the screenshot and send it to Abe and I shall keep this thread updated with the outcome.

Thank you guys for you advice, and thanks for suggesting putting the ticket number on here, because without that suggestion I would never have seen this reply from the team, darn junk filter!

Good, these costumes should have been reserved for anyone who reached the actual vet level.

ZOS would rather hand these out like candy then honor anyone who earned them.

It is the same difference in champion points, just under a different name.

It is also the same reward system for levelling up / completing main story type rewards... it's not like it is a reward for players loyalty for playing in ye olde days for instance those special rewards reserved for people who used to subscribe for how ever many months.

You mean the people who got there in the first few months after release, when veteran experience gains were a pain and silver and gold areas were an actual challenge? When every fight against more than two enemies in veteran areas actually had a very real possibility of killing you if you didn't pay close attention?

Or the people who got to the necessary ranks after the needed XP per rank was flattened and then lowered and after gold and silver areas were nerfed several times, should be included too?

OP got to CR100. They have the prerequisite to get the costume and deserve to have it added to their collections as much as anyone else.

To anyone who is interested, a kind fella named Andrew on the customer support team helped me and I now have my Mannimarco costume and I am never ever taking it off!! (Until the next awesome Crown Store outfit comes along, haha!)
