What I always found disturbing, is the Argonian Werewolf:
Argonians are a reptilian race, and reptiles are coldblooded, while (were)wolves are mammals, thus warmblooded. This is my main logic concern, I mean, that switch can't feel healthy. Other than that, humans, elves and khajiit have hair/fur, so more fur is no problem. But what happens to the argonian scales?

A werewolf form for argonian? It may look really bad, but I'll upvote it.
The werecat idea seems legit for Khajiits too. Upvoted.

This looks...insightful, therefore I clicked the like your insigtfulness tab.

    lets look at some wikipedia:

Werewolves are the most common form among men, and extremely rarely, beastfolk. They can be found in all areas of Tamriel, particularly Skyrim.

Werebats sometimes serve as guardians to vampire clans and are commonly found in Valenwood.

Werebears can be found in Solstheim and also in Skyrim

Wereboars are located almost exclusively in High Rock.

Werevultures are reportedly rare in Valenwood.

Werelions can be found in the jungles of Elsweyr.

Werecrocodile are known to lurk in isolated swamps of Black Marsh.

Weresharks are said to roam the seas, according to M'aiq the Liar, but little is known about them.

These certain types of lycanthropy can be found mainly in their originating homelands, however partial amounts of the creatures can be seen in neighboring provinces.

some of these would not be practical (wereshark flapping around on the ground *let me at him!*) however the ones that are bolded could very well work :) (the werebat sounds awesomeness but would probably not be usable..)

    Just some ideas :)

They have reptilian like features, but also some fowl and amphibious ones as well, and in the case of the females, some mammal features. I don't know that I had ever seen anything state they are cold blooded or warm blooded, but my argonian lore is lacking.

So, I wanted to know more and found this. Check this out, it's interesting:

Argonians believe that their souls were given to them by the Hist[27] – according to the Lizard Folk, there was nothing before the Hist.[33] Because of this the souls of the Saxhleel contain unique qualities that sets them apart from the souls of men and mer.[34] Most Argonians are able to feel the presence of the Hist in their minds at all times, but the further they travel from Black Marsh the weaker the connection gets.[27] Some Argonians can even be born without this connection, and are viewed by others of their kind as disadvantaged because they can’t understand the most simple of Argonian gestures.[35] The Mnemic Egg is a powerful artifact that is the physical manifestation of the Argonian-Hist link, and if severed can prove fatal to both. The Egg came into the interests of the First Aldmeri Dominion, who attempted to sever the link but were thwarted by the Soulless One during the Alliance War.[6]
Although Argonians appear reptilian in nature at first glance, they also exhibit qualities of fish, amphibians, and even birds: they are able to breathe underwater through small gills behind their ears, swim using the same method as that of a tadpole or eel by moving their tail side-to-side to propel through the water, and are capable of growing feathers. Female Argonians additionally have what appear to be mammalian breasts, but at the same time are able to lay eggs.[36] Argonians' genders are sometimes referred to as life-phases, implying they may be able to change gender.[citation needed] It is said that upon exiting the juvenile stage of life, an Argonian will lick Hist sap in order to stimulate the hormonal glands, which sprout appropriate organs from which the Argonian's gender can be determined. However, this is unconfirmed,[37] and Argonian hatchlings may apparently be of either gender.[38] Argonian appearance ranges from reptilian to almost human; this is caused by the Hist sap they ingest as hatchlings[26] which ceremonially takes place on their Naming Day.[38] Hatchlings are also fed licorice worms.[39] Argonians tickled under the chin will reflexively open their jaws.[27] Ancient cave paintings depict figures which appear to be more tree-like than Argonian.[27]
The Saxhleel are apparently cold-blooded, and despite their preference for subtropical and tropical climates they can be found wandering the cold environments of Solstheim and Skyrim.[40][41] Some scholars believe this is possible because of the powerful magicks that lie within Hist sap, which the reptilian race ingests throughout their lives.[40]

Taking this into consideration, and the fact that becoming a werewolf is a daedric (magic) gift from Hircine, I would say anything is possible, including turning a reptile into a mammal based werecritter of whatever sort.

Wereboars and werebears apeared in previous games, also werecrocodiles, werevultures and werelions are part of the lore so why not. Also like @Dracindo said, the fact that some lizard people are turning into wolf people bothered a bit and I find the werecrocodiles to be a more interesting and a more terrifying transformation for argonians.

@altemriel I'm allergic to furies, now I have to was my eyes with bleach after seeing that.

This one doesn't think werecats are needed really.

    However
    (...)
Werebears can be found in Solstheim and also in Skyrim

    (...)

Werelions can be found in the jungles of Elsweyr.(...)

I thought about werebears before as they were in Skyrim. Maybe they could have high damage and resistance and terrible mobility (even if real bears certainly can rush when motivated).

Elsweyr werelions could be more or less the other way around.

I suppose if argonians turned into werecrocs, they might not look too much different, so it could be a development related reason to not add it. Although, perhaps they would look something like this:

Which is pretty cool :) Especially if they grow to twice the size of a normal argonian/humanoid.

For werecroc, something similar to a downscaled version of the model used for that one boss in the MA poison arena (forgot the name) or Xal-Nur from Ruins of Mazzatun would work. They look close enough and definitely more bestial than normal Argonians (what's the point of a were-transformation if you end up looking almost the same afterwards?)

Or become an actual crocodile, like that one Argonian in that one quest...
