Housing Prices

Housing is just around the corner and soon the details will be released but until then, what are your speculations?
What do you think the price range for the houses will be?
What will be the most expensive?
Which home will be the most desired.

I, personally, have a little over 2 million ready to purchase a home...but will it be enough?

I'm thinking 1 mil for large house, 500k for medium and 100k for small (thinking from an accessibility perspective, of course ZOS wants as many people to participate in that content regardless of time played so they can spend £ on the crown store)

Got 8 mil saved up for mine, my wife's and my 'guild house' so I think we're good... hopefully

Yeah that is what I am afraid of. A million gold or 2 no problem. 30 bucks in crowns for the house I want would be irritating to me. And I just now the one I want will be crowns only.

It seems the cost is relative to your player.

Meaning crafting is going to play in so it seems that the unsaid is a huge material sink for crafting......that cost is subject to have and not having.

Or ppl seem to be able to buy a fully furnished home via crowns.
I didn't read anything about a fully furnished house outside of crowns so I'm assuming it's going to be relatively a low cost for the empty house.

Not sure why any home should be more than 500k empty as materials and crafting or buying furniture may be upwards in the millions to fully furnish.

I think prices will be exactly as you said, but I have hope, that costs of crafting furniture will drop prices a bit.
January comes big steps so we will know everything soon.

Until ZO$ says otherwise I'll go with small house being free via quest, medium house purchase with gold after completing quest to gain right to purchase said house and large house clown store exclusive, with all houses being available for immediate purchase from clown store - furnished and unfurnished versions. In future clown crate exclusives too

The small house isn't free, the Inn apt is free.
