Does anyone know if the blinded attacker will miss all attacks against EVERYONE, or just the person who blinds them?
(5 item bonus) When you block an attack, you have a 33% chance to blind your attacker, causing them to miss all of their attacks for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

✭✭It's just on you. But some time back someone did vmol with it and posted it on here which resulted in it being nerfed so it doesn't work on a lot of bosses. I have no idea if it works in pvp. If it does then it'd be frikin epic.PC Master Race

✭✭✭✭I'm not sure if its just you ore everyone.. It does work in PVP though - but I found it very weak since PVP is mostly many vs many and you have no control over who it procs on, and whether that person is attacking you or not - and there is the cooldown. I also don't like that it procs on a block either. It was so unreliable that I had to go and test it on a friend in a controlled setup to see if it was working at all.! (and then with that friend being a pet sorc, it was mostly proccing on the pets)

Can confirm. Dueled a guy wearing this set once, and when it procs he just evades everything. Eye of the storm, elemental blockade, etc. Extremely cheesy set0
