Where to farm dwemer motifs after max cp?

I've been farming in dwemer ruins in stonefalls, rift, Craglorn, Wrothgar for days, looted every single pots, and never got any motifs page.
Is it because I'm cp603 and the area are too far level at cp160? Why is it I never find any motifs?

No, it's nothing to do with level.
Plus, CP 160 is the highest level of enemies, so they are your level technically.
You're being unlucky is basically all it is. But once you get one, there is an hour cool down before you have a chance at getting another.

Really, there's a cooldown? I didn't know that. Anyone knows a place to get the information about motif farming. For example for Abah's Landing motifs, that you get from Thieves guild dailies: does your change get higher the more you know the motifs, or higher your thieves guild skill level is?

Seriously? I've wasted hours of my life back when I played this game on the xbox not knowing that. I used to run through the dwemer delve in Stonefalls, log out and run through again.

I believe it's based on character level first so you prob need to be cp1 however because it seems to be based on level, I'll find more of the earlier purple motif and I've still never found many others.
Farming or not. It's an unclear system that seems made more of a low RNG due to One Tamriel-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

They never drop in that delve anymore. They removed it yonks ago.
