Wait can you put a runebox in a normal mail? If you can, then you can mail them to a trusted friend, and get them to return it back to you. Will save the fees. And achieve the same thing.I wanted to put them all on one character, so I list them in a guild store then immediately cancel the listing.
They go directly to my mail, and any character can pick it up.
Not ideal that the work-around costs a listing fee, but best I could come up with.

I have another ESO account that I mail them all to and simply return the mails so that one character can hold them.Wait can you put a runebox in a normal mail? Which for the maps means taking up a dozen more slots than the container did. Not really an improvement.
