Best place to find light armor?

KingChainsaw13
I've been playing as a heavy armor DK since I started back up in November and I'm quite bored of it...and it's very ineffective to begin with. I'm trying to find a quick and easy way to find materials for light armor, which is hard enough (especially grinding for mats) but I still need to research traits for the armor as well. So, my question is; Where is a good area (non endgame, non PvP) to "farm" pieces of light armor with decent traits? Also, any help on mat farming areas would help too. "Orsinium" isn't an acceptable answer either haha. Even Coldharbour is a better mat farming place than that, from my experience.

Trait wise you could always ask a crafter to make the pieces you need. I like Wrothgar for mat farming. You can also get mats from Imperial city vendors using Telvar stones but that will mean some probable PVP.

You should be able to find whatever trait you want at just about any guild trader for a few hundred gold. Except nirnhoned of course.
