Sources of ultimate regeneration.

I'm just playing around with a build focused on ultimate use. So looking for some nice sources of ultimate regeneration/or ultimate cost reduction.
I don't know if the build will be any good or viable, but it's just fun to try. At the point I'm trying out on a Sorcerer, since the "Power Stone" passive seems more effective than any other class, passives, cutting cost by 15%.
Anyone know what's the base ultimate regeneration for all classes (no passives)?
Another set I found was Akaviri Dragonguard, with another 15% reduction, so that would be total of 30%?
Then there is a lot of sources for minor Heroism, either skills, or other sets and the Decisive trait on weapons. Is there any other sources of gain/cost reduction i might have missed? that is good.

✭✭2 sets decrease ultimate cost and can be used together: potentates and dragon. Shalk set from stonefalls gives you permanent minor heroism while in combat. A 1H/shield skill gives major heroism for a few seconds. I highly discourage the use of decisive trait, it's not worth giving up the better ones.2013

✭✭✭✭As far as sets go, tavas gives you a lot. Don't wear shalk, heroic slash can give you that.
Sorcs have 15% reduced ultimate cost.
Nightbalde, especially magica get crazy ultimate regen.
Dks and Templars both get decent ULT gen when using certain skills. Templars also have slight reduced cost, 6% I think.Edited by Brrrofski on December 20, 2016 11:47AM0 -

✭✭Tava's Favor . Nightblade passive . Akaviri Dragonguard . Invigorating Drain . Dual Wield decisive weapons on back bar . Decisive weapon with shield on front . Light attack + heroic slash > weapon swap . Spam invigorating drain until you need to refresh heroic slash . Don't forget to do a light attack . This will give you the highest Ultimate regeneration . Also , don't forget to use Evasion or Mirage .0
