I've checked the guild stores and can't find a robust or arcane jewelry anywhere. Has anyone gotten a robust or arcane version?

No, they are heavy sets, barring unique drops, all heavy sets have healthy jewellery

You can re enchant things. I re enchanted all my beekeeper jewelry from health regen to magic regen. Works much better for me now
