Is Dark Conversion broken in PVP ?

I mean I see it casting, but I don't see it actually to have happened, and it doesn't appear in the combat log.

It just makes me mad that it's sometimes impossible to bash it no matter how much I spam bash

Off topic but i think its ridiculous that bashing someone attempting to cast Dark Deal does not charge them the resources for being interrupted. Which means regardless of how much you bash, they will always have the magicka to just cast it once they have immunity.
