✭✭✭✭✭Though, seriously? I think so. I haven't been paying a lot of attention, so when the new build hits PTS in January we'll know. But, I think I've read that proc sets across the board were getting some reevaluation.1 -

✭Most likely not. I'm gonna guess that the 'nerf' to proc sets is some kind of internal cooldoown between them. So you can't simultaneously proc two or three at the same time.When the snows fall and the white winds blow,

Players: well pvp is now the worst its ever been, heavy armour and proc sets have really killed it. Pve is fun tho we like melting monsters

Players: omg how many more times are you going to miss the point? Leave the nerfs out and buff light armour builds. Get rid of zergs and introduce small scale areas to cyrodiil

They should not nerf the proc crits. They should instead nerf the tanks who can survive over 15 players constantly ontop of them for over 5 minutes.0
