Everything drops from the same box.
I don't know which platform you're on, but at least on PC EU guild traders have quite the high amount of desert rose jewelry for pretty cheap.

I prefer to think it's because way back in the day when I gave a set to the founder of the Nightfighters when showing them around PvP mechanics that her childish delight in surviving being on a flag with 38 (I counted - as I was dead) bananas trying to kill her was quite the most precious and hilarious moment I've experienced in Cyrodiil.

i didnt realize until after i had bought a ton of boxes that sypher made a build on it, i just saw a lot of people paying crazy prices for an easy to get set, made ez money and kept a 5 piece for myself
