Should Zos move the Khajiit Quest for the New Life Festival out of Rawl-Ka to reduce lag?

Rawl-Ka is one of the most laggy, over populated cities on PC/NA. It already had lag issues causing people to crash when porting there. The addition of this city being a quest zone for the Festival has amplified the amount of lag and crashing in the city. Should Zos move it to a different city?

    Atleast the quest is out of the way. It's not beside the traders or anything else really. I have not experienced any connection issues anywhere since the event.

    Yeah it is away from them a bit. I was compelled to make this after seeing many people in zone having issues. Some had such bad lag the lock picking was lagging out making it impossible to do the quest. Lots and lots of people were reporting crashing upon porting, crashing after loading, ping spikes...perhaps they don't use the forum though. I just wanted to see a broader spectrum of experiences and suggestions :)

    I had issues completing it at first, with one kick to login screen, but i was still able to complete the achievement for it. It would be nice if they did move it but past experience has led me to believe that unless it is completely broken they'd prefer to leave it as it is.

    Rawl'Kha is not that laggy.
    Eastmarch is far laggier as of now.
