Are you the guildmaster of your guild? You could set up events to have your members become more active. Or the guild I am in (Deeco) have strict regulations for our members and we have highly active members on all night, though we are more of a "hardcore" type guild. i think it's more happy (or some variant of) yule..... rather than christmas

Nah i'm not, I'm just one of the more active members, we're a very casual social guild of anti-social people.
