About the [Stonetooth Belcher] Achievement

Sorry if I am asking a stupid question, but after I did the hunting I returned to Matron Borbuga, gave her the materials she wanted, ate and drank and showed my appreciation (to a player too), the quest simply sent me back to the original quest giver and I could not get the achievement which contradicts to the description of the achievement itself, is something has to be done in a certain order or is this achievement bugged? Thanks in advance.

You have to Drink the Drink crafted from the recipe after eating the food off the table, not drink from the barrel. As the barrel drink is 'Spiked Betnikh Ale' and what you need to drink is 'Twice Spiked Betnikh Ale' which is a recipe Drink.

But from the [New Life Provisioner] achievement, there is only 'Betnikh Spiked Ale'? And besides, the last time I tried to get the achievement I believe I saw 'Twice Spiked Betnikh Ale' from the barrel instead of Spiked Betnikh Ale.

Edit: Just tried it once again it is called Spiked Betnikt Ale now I guess they changed it somehow.

to get the achievement, you need to drink a special (crafted) blue drink in addition to the foods and drinks that the quest markers guide you to consuming. Someone needs to have got the recipe already as a New Life reward, in order to craft some of the Betnihk Twice-Spiked Ale required.

Well, you get to do the same quest every single day until January 4th, so this sounds more like a "GIMME NAU PLS".

Or get it from other players - it's a social game, after all. I put some up on my guildstores and gave them away for free in Betnikh.

Huh, I saw people sell it for 1k and 350g last night. PC/EU. If you're on a different server, maybe guildies could help - or just keep at it, you have two weeks to loot the recipe.

I've been able to get it done on 2 of my chars and there has been someone at the quest location in Betnikh with the Christmas spirit giving the drink for free.

People that sell something that costs you nothing but time, shame on you!

The drink you need is from a recipe that comes in the loot chests you get from Breda for handing in the quest not the one in barrel at Betnikh. A recipe also required for one of the other achieves.

But yeah, christmas spirit it is not, and I also noticed some people giving out free ale when I was there (not that I needed it, my main is a master provisioner after all, and I made my own). So, I guess it all depends if you are lucky enough to visit bethnik when one of the good people are around in their red dyed costumes and santa hoods, giving out the ale to any who ask just to spread joy...

I've done it now. Thanks for the offer but xbox humans are slightly more opportunistic and hopeful. For instance tons of them have created new toons purely to farm the motif they hope will one day be worth millions...

Still even 1k is taking the *** a little.
