Bonus exp stopped to work for me

I was getting about 5400 exp from dolmens but all of suddenly I started to receive 2700 exp.
I relogged, drank from the keg again but nothing changed. The buff is still on me tho.
I'm level 35.

I dont know, but the exp stopped to work it just simple stopped.
I let the buff ran away to test my currenct exp without the buff and I received the base exp. So during that 2 hours with the buff I was still receiving the base exp.
And it stopped to work when I was online. I was farming the Dolmen in Shadowfen close to the event fishing spot.0 -
