I kept wrecking this sorcerer today in Azura's Star. It was so hilarious how he kept coming back knowing that I am sitting there waiting for him. All jokes aside, I would hit him with my heavy attack from stealth and for some reason I would get stunned and I would have these weird looking blue magic looking lines around my character. This was really starting to make me rage even though I am the one killing him. Can someone explain to me what set does this or if this was just an exploit.

He came back with the emperor after the 7th time I killed him xD

I've never ganked a magicka sorcerer before and got stunned right after stunning them before, and I can tell you I've ganked a hell of a lot of people.

It's not the most popular skill to slot but it's very useful if you can find room for it. It's usefulness isn't always apparent because good players will just break free straight away and gain cc immunity. I keep it on my overload bar as an anti-gank measure. Because it stuns your opponent as soon as they do any damage to you it will interrupt someones gank routine. It will also interrupt someones RD, stun that mdk that just reflected your frags, stun someone sieging you, and if I have one active I like to run through caltrops just to stun the person who set them, wherever they may be

He kept trying to enter stealth and use that radiant magelight. Good thing I have detection pots.:trollface::trollface::trollface::trollface::trollface::trollface:
