I only bought the black fredas bundle for the sake of the unique mount reskins that they offer, and so i've kept the consumables in my bank. After buying this year's bundle for the white camel mount, the consumables that came with it didn't stack with the old ones from last year, neither in bank or inventory. (I did use the xp scrolls from last year for one of my characters, so that's why there is only a single stack of xp scrolls).
