shield of leeching set issue

i have 2 shields of leeching that i got from IC, one blue one purple, both are reinforced. I have one on my character (equipped) the other is in the bank but i cant withdraw it. Note says "cant carry 2 of the same item" or something like that. Anyone else have this issue? any work around?

    It's a unique item.

    Can't carry two uniques of the same name.

    Assuming you just did the ICP quest on two toons, because I also tried that to find out the unique thing lol

    okay, guess ill have to find a 1H leeching set piece to run on my back bar if i want to run this set.
