Burping achievement bugged/not working

Not sure if this has been posted yet or not but this is bugged for both my wife and I. We do the achieve, it pops up that we completed it and says we got it but when we go to our achievement tab it is still greyed out, showing that we don't have it when it said we completed it though...

Known issue or not?

check if your achievements are doubled. that happend on the pts quite often (some where even tripled). one was marked as achieved, the rest was greyed out. if that's the case for you, it usually goes away when you display achievements from something else first (like the witches festival) and then go back to the new life achievements.

Nope. It's still saying I don't have the achievement.

So the part that is bugged is where it pops up on your screen anyways telling you to burp on players after drinking the ale?

No, there is no bug, the achievement works fine. The trick is that you need to also drink some Betnihk Twice-Spiked Ale (a blue drink where you get the recipe as a possible New Life reward) during the phase after collecting the base ingredients, when you can sample some of the foods and drinks created with your ingredients. A player must make some of the Ale for you (unless you have already previously found the recipe and can make it yourself).
