There are people that find these activities fun. I love to get some insight on the different cultures of Tamriel, and this was a great way to do so.arun_rajputb16_ESO wrote: »Do you think ANYONE would participate in this event if there were no rewards?
You have to love those who defend a company, especially when they are not going to get anything for it, lol.
The content of the quest line is one thing, and while it may or may not appeal to everyone, that is a personal preference.
The issue the OP was getting at, at least what i perceived: The infrastructure and design of the event is what was poorly designed.
There simply is no excuse for a game company that knows it has lag and knows that they have had issues with new content releases to deliberately design a quest which requires everyone to be in the same spots and to force them to return in 2 hour increments.

I do not enjoy being shunted around taverns to dance and juggle. I do not enjoy crowding around lag infested fishing holes falling asleep hoping to get a fish. I do not enjoy standing around with dozens of other players waiting for horvars to spawn and hope I got enough damage on it. And jumping off bridges?!?!
