Annoying bug

If im targiting friendly targets or npcs i cant cast self buffs such as cloak or rapid manuovers etc. It says : you cant attack this target bla bla. Please fix this its so annoying.

I think the reason why you have this message is because you have "prevent attacking innocents" in your settings.

yes but im not attacking anyone cloak or speed buff is not an attack

Unfortunately game considers using spells on targeted NPCs like an attack...
