Is Ring of Mara account bound to lvl alts together with the main accounts who originally made them?

Title says it all. Can we Ring of Mara our main characters, lvl them up to 50 n then send the rings to our alts n lvl them wit the original ppl that made them as well? Account bound for lvling alts wit the same ring? Or character bound per character? Thx guys!
