✭NightbladeLike other's said, closest you can get is NB. But its hard to one-shot people unless they are bad. Most people do a combination of attacks which just seem very quick but its not a 1-shot kill.Make PC NA raiding great again!

The "if they are bad" part is what matters. I've one shot plenty of people with Radiant Oppression from full health but they are mostly light armor wearing level 14s with no CP who don't block. Any class can do that type of damage if the victim allows it.
Most good players still require 2 to 4 moves to properly gank. Then again, pop a destro ultimate in a small room and you can 1 shot a dozen people. So, upon further review, yeah still voting all.0 -

1. Tone down proc damage sets
2. Magelight breaks stealth upon cast

SnubbS✭✭✭✭✭No single skill can oneshot someone in a good pvp tank setup. There's currently a way to glitch meteor if you're a Magblade making it invisible, unblockable and deal damage before it appears on your screen. However, I've only been hit by that for 12-13k. 28k spell resist & 2400 crit resist btw.
Not sure how to do it -- but it's definitely a repeatable glitch, he did it like 4 times to me in a row.Edited by SnubbS on December 15, 2016 1:34AM0
