Since the last pc patch the game has become way too laggy to have a normal gaming experience, and I am not talking about "a bit laggy" but "make-the-most-polite-person-on-earth-spill-dirty-word" laggy, I ran on min graphic and it is still like 15FPS and I die before even see the enemy.
Last time I check nothing has changed on my pc and internet, so IT IS ON YOU ZOS
I'm not gonna play the game before this is fixed because it's impossible to play, so please please please fix this asap

You will be having major fps lag as well, many confuse that with latency, which is different.Once I was a lamb, playing in a green field. Then the wolves came. Now I am an eagle and I fly in a different universe.

The fact that you could play yesterday isn't necessarily a clear indication that your computer isn't just barely keeping the game afloat. If you've done changed something recently and/or tipped the scale on your minimum rig that could just be it. The game is only going to get bigger and harder on your machine so it would happen sometime.it simply doesn't make sense that after a minor patch my pc go from just fine to can't even play.
Provided, that's all assumption since we don't know what you're working with.
