Add more skills of the same type on your bar. For example: add all of the AS or RL skills to a single bar (including the Ultimate)...then kill stuff and turn in quests. My recommendation would be to do that and grind dolmens in Alik'r - it will level super quick.

Define super quick

Super quick all depends how efficient you are with grinding. We don't know how fast you are. But having all the skills and ultimate on the bar will maximize the experience gain you get in that skill tree.

Skill trees like that level up as you gain experience for every skill you have on your bar from that tree.

Well, in the 3 hours you have been waiting for an answer, you could have put the skills from the class on your bar, put on a set of training armor, popped an Ambrosia Potion, and ground on mobs in one of the many grind spots in the game and leveled these skills.

That is as quick as you can do this, what I have outlined above.

On a good day I can do 6 levels in 40-50 range in an hour.
You could have been close to Lvl50 with them both maxed if you know the right place to grind with pots

There is no "trick" to leveling these faster, they already level fairly quickly. Just keep abilities from these skill trees slotted, and keep gaining exp for yourself. That's simply it.
