PLEASE get me out of Dragonfire Cathederal!

Finished the sublime brazier quest in the imperial city and at the end, while I'm in the dragonfire cathederal, I am unable to get out. It says to talk to the drake of blades and then go through the portal but when I do it gets locked in an eternal load screen and never resolves. I've closed application, restarted PS4, tried everything I can but when it comes back on It always starts me back in the cathederal at the same point only to go through the same crap again. This is my main, my best character, the one I run VMA and trials with the most and he's stuck in this never ending loop. What can I do????

✭✭✭✭✭Try /stuck (or 'Help > Get Me Unstuck' on console). Although that may just result in the same thing.
