Just because things are a little shaky right now in as they prepare the servers for a rather large holiday event that will add some new content (granted not a DLCs worth, but still some new content) you deserve a mount because you cannot immediately play even tho this happens in basically every MMO from time to time. 3rd day in a row with unplayable lag and DCs.
I havent played a game this bad EVER with regard to lag and DCs and post patch madness.
Speak up soon and offer something GRATIS for your subbed players or die a slow painful death by dollars unsubbed..

I say vote with your wallet and your account. Do not support the game by subbing or purchasing crown store items. If you really want to send them a message, cancel your account.
Either way they probably won't care. But at least you'll have stuck to your message of protest.1 -
AzuraKin✭✭✭✭✭It's been going steadily downhill for a very long time. I log into this game pretty rarely now after transferring to BDO and every time I do my ping is a bit higher, my skills more buggy and cheap proc sets hit a bit harder making anything the player does obsolete. Back when I used to play this game regularly my ping would be about 260 - (or on bad days) 300, standard Aus ping for most, now it's a steady 300 - 360 and it's impossible to react to the damage people are putting out with burst builds + proc at that ping. I'd be forced to run a PvP tank which is boring. This state of the game is half the reason I don't even play during BDO maintenance anymore, it's not even a fun time filler. Sadly I made the mistake of logging in tonight and it wasn't even frustrating, I laughed at the ridiculous state of the game as I played.
To be honest the change to procs they are planning isn't enough, they need to completely change the mechanics, as an example: the players might get a very low chance at a strong buff for a short period making the set fun and strong, but not meta. The whole burst build meta people are running is super boring gameplay.
Best of luck to the people who continue playing ESO, I hope the dev's manage to balance this out. But sadly I doubt it.

Maff✭✭✭I quit my sub before crafting bags came out due to the never ending list of bugs and issues that are never addressed on console. Spend most of my time in pvp. I can accept the lag will always be a problem, but things like long load screens after using a gap closer or the freezing issues when using a destro staff are ridiculous. I was happy to throw cash at this game when I had some hope they would maybe prioritise fixing the bugs some day but it won't happen. It seems they prioritise charging extortionate prices for crown store items.0 -

✭Well op I am afraid as you put it you will "be straight up gone" because they don't give us anything, seems like they don't care we are only the ones that keep the lights on in this game and they have jobs because of the player base.
Technically the game has been in decline for some time, no fix for long loading screens, not even talked about these days, combat mount bug still bad, the list could go on, but man we got new stuff to buy in the crown store
I think they might sell more stuff if the game worked better and people were a little more positive about the future of the game and not seeing just constant issues one after the other. 0 -

That's not the definition of leaving, so what you are saying is if they don't fix it you will unsubbing and not buy crowns. Leaving would imply that you would be quitting the game.

No, it's happening on PC. Really bad last night.
Funnily enough, it's the PVE zones which are worst. Once I got my pve done and zoned into Cyrodiil, my issues went away. But the PVE zones? Forget it. Unplayable.
Disconnects, lag, unable to barswap. Press H to mount your horse, and the command fires 30 seconds later. Stuff like that.
My son sitting in the next room, different zone... no issues at all.

PVE is fine, PVP have balance issues and sometime lagging.

Wow hate? I was merely pointing out the problems have been on PC as I play both.
Had a roll back in Reaper's March on PC yesterday lost a nice soulshine ring but no biggie.

BTW, my namesake here is my healer. I pug pledges a lot. Very likely I have healed with you or someone you know. We usually have a good time. People are great and now and then absolutely fantastic. I enjoy it. ESO is fun and most players are, by and large, kind and patient and fun to play with.
Modern large software applications like ESO are incredibly complex. Containing many millions of lines of code and the slightest error can crash the whole thing. It's amazing it works at all. Just amazing.
