New red lion mount from Crown Crates?

Hi, does anyone know how you get this lion mount? Is it a crown crate item?

    That looks like the black mane lion, and it is in crown crates only.

    haha, Epona and I have known each other for many, many years, she was the one who introduced me to ESO and she's well known as being an Elder Scrolls lore legendary expert.
