There was a recent fix related to ESO Plus membership on the Xbox One. If you previously failed to receive the correct amount of crowns as part of your ESO Plus membership, you may have received an extra allotment. We encourage you to log in and check.
If you did not receive an extra allotment of crowns, you were not among the impacted players.

It means they compensated for the issue.. they generally always gave me 2k a month rather than 1500 to make up for it.
