Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online team.
There was a recent fix related to ESO Plus membership on the Xbox One. If you previously failed to receive the correct amount of crowns as part of your ESO Plus membership, you may have received an extra allotment. We encourage you to log in and check.
If you did not receive an extra allotment of crowns, you were not among the impacted players.
