    You need to type in the chat box using a keypad or keyboard /logout hit enter on keyboard

    Same here. Even using the text *** doesn't let me log out. The countdown drops to zero and sits there, forcing me to hit the home button, then Options and select "Quit" to exit the game, then start it back up just to change characters. :(

    I have a keypad that attaches to the controller and used that and still cannot log out. The timer counts down to 0 and then the game keeps going without logging out. They need to fix this.

    Do not prompt, start or do anything using the controller from start to finish
    Don't use any menus....the countdown will stop at 0...wait a second or two
    Do not hit A or X, etc or start

    The point, really, is that it needs to be fixed. I'll wait to play again until they fix the error.

    Using '/logout' with a keyboard does not work for me. I must fast travel to another city to close a session.

    ETA: But I should note that using a keyboard to enter the /logout command will work within the city that does not present a timer on exit.

    Why wasn't it down today for Xbox one or why wasn't Xbox maintenance pushed back till Thursday?
