Please don't insert incorrect speculation on this. Microsoft has been the only responsible party in this. They are the ones refunding us and in my personal experiences, the ones who have contacted support on each of my tickets where ZOS refused to award me crowns

It's amazing to me that those who were affected wouldn't immediately know that they were owed these crowns. If it were me I would have kept a running tally of what was owed to me, lol.
