Veraen✭✭Yes, it's true. They do only drop from the last boss in veteran group dungeons. While it might be a bit frustrating at first, I actually like this aspect of the game because it makes you push your limits and become a better player. If the game just handed out these rare and interesting items to every player, they wouldn't be special anymore! Good luck brother!Veræn → XB1/NA0
