There are more places than Europe and the USA.Yes i know GMT, that not the issue, they never tell ETA - Estimated Time of arrival - or time it would take.
It never seem to fit the schedule they saying nor the time they starting the Maintenance.

I never know what time it is in 'EST' land. All I know is that in our summer the usual maintenance time is 10pm, in our winter it is 8pm and in between these seasons it is 9pm. All very inconvenient for us on the other side of the world.
