Suggestion : Armor Ultimates

There are so many armor sets in ESO at the moment, but from recommended and preferred build suggestions, it seems like only a handful is actually used.
I have the following suggestion:

Why not make Armor Ultimate Skills, similar to the new Weapon Ultimates, based on the combination of complete armor sets the player is wearing? Combinations of different complete 5 piece armor sets will enable a armor ultimate, ie a complete Sunderflame set and complete Way of the Air will give the player a "Fiery Wind" armor ultimate.

I think this could have a bigger impact in ESO than Weapon Ultimates, as different armor ultimates will come from matching different complete sets. I reckon this could encourage players to start using less popular sets, and will encourage more variety in builds.

That would be really expensive for them to produce. But we already have proc sets that have an ability, and those are really strong as they are.

i could see maybe a light, medium, or heavy ultimate, such as
    heavy armor: invincible
increase armor and spell resistance by 10000 for 5 seconds.
Don't get me wrong, I see where you're coming from, and I think we need more viable options for sets, but this is definitely not the way to go about it. just the sheer size of the project is overwhelming to think about. and on top of that we wouldn't even know what the ultimate would do until we've spent hours upon hours of farming for two whole sets. and what skill line would that even go under?

Yeah, let's give heavy armor a Ultimate that instantly activates all proc effects from your gear

On a more serious note, I don't want them to spend resources on armor ultimates unless it's a planned feature. It's a good idea, but we're fine without them as well.

Clint Histwood (Argonian Templar) || Martin Uber Ping (Redguard Sorcerer) || Louis Farmstrong (Imperial Nightblade)
    Anthony Hotskins (Altmer Nightblade)

I would rather prefer you need at least 5 of an armor type equipped to use the armor skill. Heavy armor builds with shuffle is broken. PvP and PvE

Ahahahahahaha best joke today so far.

There are around 200 sets. That gives around 20k different ultimates. Let alone the fact of designing 20k different abilities is an impossible feat, imagine trying to balance them.

    Hilarious proposal.

Armor ultimates... But why? We already have a skill that is so good all armor users are spamming it in PvP - shuffle.
I mean, how badass should some armor ultimate be to be ever used b4 destro ulti/meteor/dawnbreaker/incap/overload etc?

So i came in thinking you meant an ultimate for the heavy, medium or light armour types, which i thought would be an interesting if unneeded suggestion.

What your suggesting is they introduce hundreds of ultimates into the game and makes no sense whatsoever.

    Literally this.

Ultimates based on wearing 7/7 of an armor type would be interesting, and could play well off the (badly needed) redesign of only allowing armor skills when wearing at least 5/7 of one type of armor.
Even as a very successful Heavy armor DK user, I'll admit shuffle on top of it all is a bit much.
