C'mon ZOS, we've been cool with each other since BETA, I give you my dollars and you release new content for me to play and enjoy. Except for a couple minor hiccups which you solved kind of promptly everything has been peachy, so why was my account suspended without so much of a warning? I was playing today, nothing extraordinary going on, I logged off for lunch and when I came back I couldn't log in, checked my account on the website and it says I've been suspended. WHY?
I already reported the issue on the support site, but since there have been a lot of complaints about extremely slow response on your part, I thought it'd be a good idea to mention it here too. Please refer to ticket 161211-002441 and help me find a solution to this issue, I'm sure you just made a mistake and if you fix it promptly there will be no hard feelings.
