I would give my vote. I love the game, but it's the lack of communication between the devs and the players that kills it for me. When it comes to roleplay threads or threads about what shopping they did during maintenance or how well they slept, there's always someone to answer.
But when it comes to issues that actually matter, well as much as an issue can matter in an online game, not only do they ignore you at best, the forum mods come deleting pertinent stuff and quoting forum rules, which lost their meaning ages ago.

In the end, you're confronted with procs and lag in-game, both of which could be overlooked, because let's face it, ESO is awesome, but that become triggering subjects because nobody is willing to comment on them, or acknowledge, or give an ETA, or just take responsibility for all the messed up stuff.

ESO has a wonderful community compared to other games out there. Only said community turns into QQing wrecks because it's being ignored and overlooked and silenced and taken for granted by people who don't care.
