    I got the patch to download but PC NA is still unavailable to play at this time.

    i think most of new life festival has already been added, its just triggered by date. we have all the achievements in game and what not. probably a hotfix to start it? idk not to mention skinchanger motifs have been dropping somehow

    Yea it is all ready loaded.
    Look by the Kynesgrove Wayshrine in Eastmarch you can see a covered pavilion that was put there a few weeks ago.

    If New Life Festival will be in Windhelm i do hope we get to see some kind of decoration throughout the city. Some festive lights or something.

    Always leery of downloading the patch before the game is actually live again. I've had issues with that before.

    Its only an incremental patch, not a FULL patch
