Set Weapon droprate Dungeon I vs II?

I am currently trying to farm a Lich Resto Staff for my magsorc. I got a Lich Lightning Staff yesterday from CoH2, but was wondering if version 2 of these dungeons is the version that drops weapons, or is it completely RNG for a Set weapon drop in CoH1 vs 2, or for that matter any Dungeon1 vs 2?

I wanna know this too, but I suppose the difference between CoH1 and CoH2 is pure RNG
Might be, that the last boss drops either weapons or jewelry

There are no unique lich restoration staves, so it's useless to target a particular boss.

For what it's worth, it took me about 50 runs through COH to get a lich resto staff. I finally got one two days ago, in normal COH (I forget which version is which -- but this was the one ending with the Twins). It dropped from a trash pack. Powered, too!

Ok so really just rng for the lich resto staff, so I can probably queue vet1 or normal1 and just wait until rng rolls in my favor.
