Are graphic mods ( eg. hook64 , sweet FX, re-shade) allowed?
If yes, then could you please provide some sort of guide to get started with this. I'm new to this stuff so I don't really know anything about all this.
Tried searching the forums but most of the 'guides were 8+ months old so I was unsure whether its 'safe' to use 'em or not.
Also, hook64 (by Sorien) was mentioned a couple of times so just wanted to know whether that still works or not.
