Leveling morphs on the hotbar

After you level an ability then morph it and level it again to max it out, and then afterward you respec and add your points back in, will it still be leveled if you choose either morph , or do you have to re-level it again if you choose the opposite morph on respec?
Further, when you have active abilities slotted onto your hotbars and you receive XP, do both bars benefit, or just the bar that's selected at the time?

✭✭✭✭Each morph requires leveling that morph. After you leveled it, respec and select it again, it will be maxed.0 -
NovaShadow✭✭✭✭✭As for your 2nd question, only the weapon/bar that is active at the time of the xp gain is awarded the xp.PC NA - EPHS0 -
