On my nightly tours through Deeshan, I always made it a point to smash Bittergreen the Wild, several times a night.
Casually attacked him after the update and BAM surprise. He had turned into an M1 Abrams Tank resplendent with full support troops. Needless to say, I died. Lesson? Always read the patch notes thoroughly heh.

Knowing fully that I suck at PvP and will definitely get killed by anyone, yet still forgetting to deposit my Tel Var Stones and getting ganked for 20k of them.
probably when i thought i could get away with 7 tempers on my best sharpened weapon at the time- a viper great sword thinking 87 percent would be enough to improve the weapon to gold, and i was too low on gold/patience/intelligence to get the extra temper. ..... it wasn't.
Back when the bounty system was just released, i went on a killing spree and gathered hefty 45k bounty. Didn't know that when a guard kills you, you lose your gold also. Since that day i've turned off the "Attack innocents" option...
Way back when ESO was released on console when I and my brother just turned level 10 we went to PvP for our first time and we saw an enemy on a mount and we thought "hey its a little level 2, so kyle shot him off his mount but we go destroyed by this level 2 and we realized after awhile he was Veteran 2!! Ohhhh
