Guys, his site might be down due to some issues, no need to be alarmed. There is plenty of builds around the Internet, check @Alcast 's.

I gotsa a friend who knows him, so I'll ask em to see if everything is alright with Deltia. He's posted a lot of guides and builds that I base my own off of, and I hope he isn't giving up yet. (No crap about not liking it when people use Deltia builds. Most of em are from other people.)

Maybe you guys have a virus on your computer that pervents you from accessing his site? Who knows..

Oh and take a sedative my worried friends. Just because Deltia's website did go down doesn't mean that Tamriel is going to end. Hes not the only one that releases builds.

Relax and search for other alternative builds.
